Our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium-bodied offering that showcases a classical representation of this varietal.  Strong but not overpowering dark fruit notes emerge immediately followed by well-defined tannins and a lingering finish.  This red is neither overly ripe nor jammy, but rather elegant and exceedingly food-friendly.
