Fermented and aged on fine lees for 11 months in French oak barrels and large puncheons, our 2019 Dry Riesling has a well maintained structure from consistent lees stirring, subtle oak presence and acidity that you would expect from a bone dry barrel fermented Riesling. Paired with aromas of exotic spice leaping from the glass and finishing out with a limestone minerality lurking under it all.
