The 2021 Pinot Noir is a strong showing for East Coast Pinot. The wine is well structured and layered with tart dark fruit accompanied by stiff fresh tannins as it is drinking currently in its youth. It presents as a classic Pinot Noir should, delicately intense. With a few years of cellaring the tannins will soften to a bright plush body and the young fruit will give way to the more savory herbal notes that are layered behind it now. This wine will be very fun to drink throughout the years of evolution is has ahead of it.
